Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations and Prices
Once you make a payment you will receive your voucher with all the information you need for your collection as per your request. Your voucher is also your receipt. Prices are valid for the time of quotation and are based on current fuel prices. The total price given when finalising your reservation is final and therefore unaffected by fuel price fluctuation.

2. Last Minute Bookings
The website will allow you to book up to 48hrs before your arrival or departure. In any other occasion please email us on reservations@goairporttransfers.com and we will try our best to assist you. Please note for last minute bookings local taxi rates apply.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings that have been cancelled at least 72 hours before scheduled pickup time are eligible to a full refund minus a 5% handling fee. Alternatively we can reschedule your booking to another day within 6 months of the sceduled pickup time.
  • No-shows are not refundable. If for any reason you can't find our representative at the airport and have not contacted our emergency number, this is considered a no-show and thus not eligible for a refund.
  • If  the airline cancels your outbound flight please call the emergency number, which you can find on your booking voucher. By advising us of the flight cancellation and any new arrival details we will be able to reschedule your transfer.

Please note any cancellations/alterations must be  made at least 72 hours before arrival or departure by contacting us via e-mail. Failure to do so will cast the booking non-refundable.

4. Airport Arrivals & Travelling
a)  Please  note that  all the details for your pick up are on your booking voucher.
b) Go Airport Transfers has the right to delay your departure or arrival transfer for up to 20 minutes, in case the driver is delayed from his previous job.  We advise to book your pick up time for departure 20 mins before needed, to allow for any cases which may occur such as road traffic accidents, heavy traffic, or delays from previous jobs.
c) Go Airport Transfers can not be held responsible for changes to flight times but will try to adjust our transfer time according to your arrival/departure.

d) If your luggage or belonging are damaged or lost while in transportation with Go Airport Transfers our policy pay out is up to €50.00 after a crime number has been received, then a report will be issued to claim any extra costs through your travel insurance.

5. Early and Delayed Arrivals

The taxi driver serving you will automatically be informed, by our airport notification system, of any delays regarding your flight. For early arrivals our driver will try to match then new time provided that is feasible with the current schedule.

6. Infants & Children
Infants and/or children count as one person in regards of insurance.  Although public vehicles are excluded from the law of providing baby or booster seats, the company can provide them. Please check our reservation form regarding charges. We provide standard child seats for children over 9kg and up to the age of 4, then booster seats for children ages 5 and over. For infants (0-9kg) only rear facing seats can be installed and this can only be installed in vehicles up to 4 seats (standard taxi), so please book up to 4 seats if you are travelling with an infant. You need to inform us in the notes whether you request an infant seat

7. Policy on Drunken/Abusive Behaviour
Go Airport Transfers reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to be abusive and could pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or other passenger(s).

8. Smoking
Go Airport Transfers operate a complete non-smoking policy in all vehicles used. 

9. Insurance
Go Airport Transfers hold full public liability insurance.

10. Lost Property

Go Airport Transfers is not liable for lost belongings in our buses and taxis. Passengers should collect all personal belongings before exiting our vehicles. However, any lost property found in our vehicles are handed in the office by our drivers. If information is available the passenger will be conctacted and informed about lost items.

Any unclamed items kept in the office for a maximum of 30 days are then safely disposed.

Debit/Credit cards are destroyed immidiately when found. Passengers are required to inform their banks immediately for lost debit/credit cards.
